Hi there I have one room available in a 3 bedroom house. It comes with a built in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. The rest of the house has all necessary appliances. There are two bathrooms one of which has a shower and spa bath. The house has a large in-ground swimming pool as well as a pool table inside. Ducted air-con runs throughout. There is room in the driveway for 3 cars as well as a space in the garage. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the train station. Rent is $130 per week which does not include utilities but does include wireless internet access.I am here most days a couple lives in the other room but they are usually only here 3-4 nights a week. We are looking for someone preferably aged 20-30. A friendly and neat person would be great someone who is social but is also happy to do their own thing.If you are interested let me know :)-Thomas
