I live alone with my two cattle dogs on a battle axe block. We have a big yard, entertainment area, a deck facing onto the reserve and a pool. Three bedroom home with rumpus room. House is alarmed and gated. Air conditioning and gas heating. Tiles throughout except bedrooms which are carpeted. I’m very clean and expect the same from any housemate.
