Hi, I have single/double room available to rent. The room is furnished and you will be sharing the bathroom with the other flatmate. The house is close to Liverpool CBD but is still in a safe and quiet area with easy access to the Hume Highway and M5 (eastbound on ramp a couple streets away). It is an easy 10 minute walk to the T-Way, 15 to 20min walk to Liverpool Train Station and 20 to 25 min walk to Westfields but there is also street parking available. The rent is including water, electricity, gas and yard maintenance. You will be sharing with 2 very friendly females who both work. We are looking for 1 friendly/happy/considerate female only (no guys will be considered) who can enjoy some social time spent together but also knows the value in space when needed. I would like to meet first before deciding on sharing just so we can get to know each other better.
