Im looking for two friendly housemates I have a 2 decent size bedrooms available in a modern apartment with lifts balcony and intercom. Both bedrooms will be able to fit a double bed + it has mirrored built in wardrobes. You wont need to share the bathroom with me and you will be sure to get your own privacy. You will need to buy your own food. The price of $240 includes all bills (internet gas water electricity) and you are also very welcome to use the things around the house such as washing machine internal laundry dryer TV kitchen and utensils etc. The apartment is located right near fairfield CBD near the station shopping centre etc. It is right infront of aldi store too. Im 21 female South American and a full time student. Im usually studying or Im out. I am friendly polite and CLEAN person but not fussy at all. Ive lived in shared accommodation before so I know what its like for you and I will be understanding You should be polite responsible reliable and clean. You MUST be a full time student or full time worker. Preferably someone in the same age group as me 19-25 but Im accepting of everyone else no matter the age gender race or religion just as long as you pay rent on time.
