Looking for room mates. 2 single bedroom available. Will only accept female room mates. 1 room has a double bed, and the other room has a double futon bed. Rent includes wireless internet, local phone calls including calls to mobile phones, and some international calls to select and utilities. Rooms have there own TVs, dect phone, and built-in wardrobes. The rent advertise is only for 1 person in 1 room. This is a family home with 2 young kids, age 5 & 2, so we want room mates who are kids friendly.
