The room for rent has 2 built in cupboards and it gets the afternoon/evening sun into it. The unit has most appliances, like fridge, washing machine, microwave, T.V. and internet. It currently does not have a lounge, as the previous flatmate owned one. Kitchen is near new. It is minutes walk from Summer Hill train station (less than 20minutes to the city) and the shopping area.
I am easy going, but motivated and keep fairly active. I am cool to be social with the person I live with, but also understand each individual needs time alone.
