Nice sized double room to let in 2 bed apartment. This a good sized top floor flat, with balcony. The room is 3.50 x 2.86m and is unfurnished.

There are no buit ins within the room to rent but I have a free standing wardrobe in storage should you need it. The rest of the flat is airy and light well maintained with a good size bathroom and kitchen, which is fully equipped. The apartment has digital television and there is access to the internet. I have my own furniture in the rest of the flat ie lounges, coffee table, dining furniture and TV unit.
