The room is freshly painted and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, TV, wireless internet and a huge mirror wardrobe.

The room is sunny and clean, has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and has a lovely view as shown in the pictures.

$360 per week includes all bills (electricity, local phone calls and internet).
2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent are required in advance. Minimum stay 3 months.

We are looking for a couple that are clean and tidy, mature and responsible, and who can move in on Monday or as soon as possible.

The rest of the house is very modern, and fully furnished. It has a big living & dining area, modern kitchen, 2 fridges, laundry and a compact, sunny courtyard with gas BBQ.

Summer Hill is a lovely Australian suburb with a variety of cafes and restaurants which have outside dining at night. There is a supermarket, Post Office, Bank and many small shops. In the next suburb, Ashfield, there are 3 more supermarkets and many brand name shops.
