Hi potential flatmate!If you are looking for a home and not just a house this is the place. We are a couple of easy-going professionals (not a couple though) who are looking for another person to live with us.After working full time in customer service and hospitality for a few years I am now at Australian Catholic University studying Social Work I want to help develop communities and travel the world helping others.My housemate Tina is a nurse at a local medical centre she is currently travelling around South America but will be back in about 4-5 weeks. She also loves helping others and is a keen bellydancer.Im 24 Tina is 27. We like to cook drink wine chat and have random weekend house cleaning. I keep the garden in good condition and am (slowly) getting a vegie patch happening. Tina smokes but is cutting down and I quit a few weeks ago strictly outside smoking only.The master bedroom is 180/wk or theres a smaller bedroom for 170/wk you can choose either. Kitchen and bathroom are kept nice and clean. Common areas are lounge room dining room/study the front porch which has a couple of lounges and coffee table (lovely!) and theres a small outdoor dining set out the back which I enjoy whenever its nice and sunny. There is a bit of storage in the garage if you need it and plenty of on-street parking.The house is close enough to the station to walk but far enough that its nice and quiet. if you want to google maps it. The walk to Strathfield is lovely and takes around 20 minutes Homebush and Flemington stations are a nice 15 minute walk I often walk to Homebush to do my groceries. Homebush shops have everything you need day to day (except a fish monger which is in Flemington). (NB Homebush shouldnt be confused with Olympic Park).Single lady or gentleman or established couples preferred.Leo
