I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. We are a couple looking to rent 2nd bedroom.Its close to transport. Room has built in wardrobe and a bed. Apartment is fully furnished with washing machine Airconditioner and heater. Rent is $260 p/w all bills included(electricity gas water fast Internet and pay tv) . In the whole apartment there will be only 3 people including you. I am looking for a professional person or student.Needs to be clean and tidy. No party or loude noise allowed in the house. 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks bond required. 2 copy of photo Id also required. Female preferred. Any nationality welcome. Hurry it wont last long:)
