We want this to be a house that you can feel comfortable in. You: We are looking for a reliable housemate who pays their rent on time and is between the ages of 23-30 and in permanent full-time employment. Someone who is friendly chilled out and who would also like to make their new place a home. Knows how to pick up after themselves (although you dont have to be cleaning obsessed!). A penchant for Americas Next Top Model Friends and the like is also highly regarded.So if you think youre the housemate for us feel free to send an email or drop us a line so we can set something up. :-)- Situated literally 2 minutes walk to Stanmore station 5 minutes walk to Enmore Road and 10 minutes walk to King Street Newtown.- The bedroom is a great size (easily fits a queen size bed with lots of other furniture and floor space left over too!) with beautiful wooden floors and air conditioning.- Rent is $200 per week (excluding bills) 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. We also have a cleaner so would need to be willing to contribute to the cost ($25 per fortnight) plus $20 per month for unlimited internet.- The house has wooden floorboards throughout with air con in all rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. – We have a small backyard with hills hoist and enclosed outdoor laundry. The street is leafy and quiet with plenty of street parking available.- Room is available on 6th April 2013NOTE: Couples backpackers neat freaks and drama queens need not apply. Were not haters it just works out better for everyone this way!
