Own room available in professional household.The room has polished wooden floorboards cedar shutters large built in wardrobe all it needs is YOU your bed and whatever else youd like to bring along to make this place home sweet home.The house is nestled in a quiet tree lined street however is also convenient to buses and trains and neighbouring: Newtown Erskinville Marrickville Leichhardt and Petersham for shops cafes restaurants cinemas and entertainment.We dont have a designated car port however theres ample unmetred parking available outside the front of the house!You will be sharing the house with 2 other people:Denise: a Banker / Landscape Designer (check out her handy work in the court yard photos included!)
