You’ll have your own private room already furnished with a bed, desk, set of drawers and a wardrobe. The rest of the house is furnished as well with a washing machine, fridge, lounges etc – you just need to bring yourself! There is a small dog in the house who is house trained and quite friendly.

The house is conveniently located between St Peters and Sydenham and very close to Newtown. Easily accessible by transport – 10 min walk to the bus stop and catch the 422 to the city or 7 min walk to Sydenham Station or 10 min to St Peters Station. Great for a student or professional who works/studies in the CBD or inner west.

The house is about 15 min walk to Marickville Metro shopping centre, and only a few minutes away from an indoor rock climbing centre, indoor gym, Mcdonalds and KFC, the lovely Sydney Park and very close to Ikea as well!

You’ll share the house with two other friendly housemates – a working professional and a student. It is a quiet and very tidy house and easy to look after Also at the end of the month everyone chips in $20 for internet.
