The building is a newly built unit, modern, good security with under-cover car space. Unit comes fully furnished, has a large balcony and is fully equipped with all modern amenities like a home should.

The sun-filled Master bedroom is an en-suite and has a large built-in wardrobe that can very easily fit for a couple. Theres a 2nd bathroom too in the unit which is also the common bathroom. A Queen Bed and Desk is available for the master bedroom if needed, while the rest of the Apartment is fully furnished.

You will be sharing with a 28 year old male professional, who works 9-6 as a Business Analyst. Clean, considerate and easy going. I’m the sort, who likes to unwind after a long day at work with good food, some wine or beer, share some laughs, a good conversation or a good movie. I enjoy cooking, but don’t get to do it too often. I love little get togethers, so feel free to host any, but remember this is my home too, so just be considerate. I am a relative workaholic, so i usually end up working late most weekdays, and try to make up for it on the weekends

Im looking for someone (or a couple), who i can basically chill with at home, grab a drink, and be friends with, not a formal flatmate. So loners who live in their rooms – stay where u are So if you feel this would be a nice scene, and are the sorts to keep a house clean, consider others space, are social and cool to hang out with, then come check the place out.
