Hey I live in St Peters about a 10 min walk from the station and close to King st Newtown. It is a large shared house with 5 bedrooms and a large shared area as the bottom floor. The house is an all girl house and we have a kitten that lives with us.water is paid for and the electricity is divvied out between us. The room is $145 a week and there is a four week bond. we also pay $20 a month for wireless.The room available as of this Sunday and we would like to fill it quickly so if you are interested please get back to me asap so you can come see the house and meet some of us girls.
