Room is in upstairs mezzanine area with removable wall on one side lots of natural light in A frame of large roof. Lovely breeze from large opening windows wooden floorboards built in robe. Enough room for king bed dressers bookshelf sofa and office desk etc. Downstairs 2 x bedrooms (1 for me 1 for son) open plan living area (large) incl lounge dining and downstairs studio large kitchen with gas cooking rangehood microwave fridge and coffee machine pantry laundry with washer and dryer bathroom with 1 toilet hand basin and shower. Floorboards throughout and high ceilings. Large rear paved yard with large shady trees BBQ and outdoor setting. Front porch (covered). Side access. Quiet street has unlimited parking right opposite Callan Park so homes only on one side of street bay run and King Georges Park at bottom of street. Walk to reliable public transport local pubs restaurants shops and cafes. Room to rent is unfurnished. rest of home is fully furnished. Previous flatmate was great but shes having to move back to UK for family. Quiet home mostly – tend to do social activities out and about especially living in Rozelle but no problems at all with friends over or dinner parties. Have lovely cat Socks but no more pets please. Non smoking household but love a beer/wine or two after work etc. We dont mind if you want to keep to yourself upstairs or socialise with us downstairs. We are real decent people who enjoy a quiet tidy cleanish home while living our lives and would love to have someone to share with. Prefer female but open to possibility of male.
