Share with 48 year old respectful professional engaged male and my 9 year old son (we have one room each downstairs). Son is here only 50% of the time and is real easy to get on with and used to being quiet first thing in the morning for a flatmate. Also have a lovely cat named Socks. No more pets though. Current flatmate is great but shes moving back to UK. Quiet friendly household do our noisy nights out but dinners and friends and the occasional entertaining are fine. Wonderful neighbours. Shared cleaning and associated costs as needed mostly cook for yourself dedicated space in fridge and pantry. No dishwasher (thatd be us). House is fully furnished except for the upstairs space to rent. $280 per week paid fortnightly in advance + 2 weeks bond.
