Hi there. I have a room available for rent beginning 28th January in a quiet freestanding townhouse in Rozelle for $265 a week. This includes utilities. It is 2 minutes from all Victoria Rd buses and 1 minute from Darling St buses. The place is cute and convenient to shops a beautiful park and the 6 km Bay Run. There are all kitchen facilities including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house has air conditioning a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a small courtyard. I have a very small and friendly dog so you would need to like dogs and remember to shut the gate. Im not fussy about tidiness as long as things arent left dirty in the kitchen and bathroom. Im a student at Sydney University and am pretty easy going. I ll be busy working and studying and Id like a flat mate who will respect our privacy but who is still polite and friendly.
