My name is Andrea I am a Belgian PhD student and I am looking for someone to sublet my lovely fully furnished spacious bedroom from the 17th of June until the 31st of July (6 weeks – min. stay of 4 weeks negotiable) as I will be overseas during that period. I share a lovely brand new flat with another very friendly clean respectful and easygoing PhD student. It is a 2 bedroom flat and my room will be available for the 6 weeks that I am away. You will have a very spacious bright double bedroom all for yourself. The flat has timber floors all throughout airconditioning/heating wireless internet TV all kitchen appliances a clean and new bathroom washing machine and a nice energy No loud neighbours so you will have a peaceful stay here. Also my flatmate will be going overseas as well so the final 3 weeks it will just be you living in a 2 bedroom flat. This is ideal if you are planning a short term visit to Sydney OR if you are just arriving and prefer a home instead of horrible hostels from where you can start looking for a permanent place. LOCATION: Petersham is the Brazilian/Portuguese suburb of Sydney. The flat is only a 3 MINUTE WALK to Petersham Train station trains every 15 minutes that take you to CENTRAL station in only 12 minutes and all other stations in the city (town hall circular quai ..). Very convenient public transport: if you like to go out late in the city there are night buses that take you back to Petersham (busstop is 3 minut walk from our place) every hour. Smooth connection to Sydney University as well.
