Hi- Available now is a large fully furnished room in Petersham (close to Enmore and Newtown). It is available for 4-6 months whilst i am away (negotiable). It has a queen size bed 2 clothes racks a desk and chair and an ikea cube. The room gets lots of light and has an ornamental fireplace. Also has a private door to front of house. To share with 4 other people- 3 girls and 1 guy (all early 20s). The house has a large kitchen bathroom with claw foot bath a deck out the back and an additional toilet outside as well. Is a quick walk to Petersham train station which is 15mins into the city. Also there is a bus stop just around the corner that also goes into the city via Newtown. Also passes by UTS.There are shops and parks close by. Really easy flatmates to live with… all clean tidy and friendly. Everyone has different schedules so the house is never hectic. Rent is $180 a week and i will also require a security deposite of 2 weeks rent. The house is totally set up with all amenities so you can basically move in with just your suitcase.
