We have a room available in a sunny ground-level apartment in North Strathfield.

We’ve got all the furniture and appliances for the apartment, so you’ll only need a bed/desk/etc. The room has built ins and you will sharing the bathroom with one other guy. We also have a larger master bedroom with en-suite available for $230 for one person.

We’re a five minute walk from the train station and 5-10 minutes from the Bakehouse Quarter with a Harris Farm Markets, Aldi, restaurants, laser tag, bowling, etc. Bicentennial Park/Olympic Park is just over the road which is pretty awesome too. It’s actually a really convienient area – it’s on the north side of Parramatta Road – closer to Concord than Strathfield. It’s a quick 20 minute train straight to the city.

The apartment complex has a pool (hurrah!) and we have a nice little courtyard which we sometimes might have dinner/bbq.

There’s two other people in the apartment. I’m 25, working full-time in the tv/news industry whilst my flatmate is also 25 and works as an economic consultant. We’re both easy-going and relaxed and the house is generally pretty quiet, but we don’t mind people/us having friends over from time to time! We’re after someone who is in their twenties or early thirties.

We split bills evenly (unlimited ADSL2+ is 60/m for the house + gas/electricity- about 500-600/quarter) and at the moment we share food/cooking, but we’re cool if you want to do your own thing.
