We are 2 18 year old fulltime female dance students who are studying fulltime at North Strathfield. We are looking for a 3rd flatmate. They would definately need to be a non smoker due to health reasons. You would have the master bedroom and own bathroom. The room is unfurnished but has a mirrored wardrobe. The room is large enough for a double bed desk and other furniture. The rest of the flat is furnished. We would share rent and expenses between the 3 of us. The complex has parking and a pool and is 1 min walk from the train station. We are looking for someone to move in before the 19th Feb.
