I own a 2 br/2bath fully furnished apartment in a well-maintained and attractive complex with extensive gardens and a pool. It is secluded and very secure but only a few minutes from railway station bus services and shops. I spend most of my time away from Sydney and am looking for a conservative person to share the apartment. References are required.
