No minimum stay.The address is 17 Randle Street five other people are living in the house. Its a very big house with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with oven microwave toaster 2 big fridges etc. Washing machine and nice backyard with BBQ. The neighbourhood is comparatively quiet but within a 2 min walk you are on King Street with its bars shops op shops restaurants (Thai Indian Italian vegetarian etc.) grocery stores banks etc. Newtown is also a great party area.Macdonaldtown train station is just around the corner (only two stops to Central) but Newtown train station is close too. You can reach UTS easily on foot within 15 minutes or by bus within 5 minutes.
