The House:

The house is a large terrace located 5 minutes walk from Newtown Train Station and King St. The location is ideally suited for easy access to public transport, cafes, shopping and nightlife while still being in a quiet area of Newtown. The house itself has 4 bedrooms, a large living room, new kitchen and backyard. All are fully equiped with tv, furniture, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The house also has wireless broadband internet access throughout.

The Room:

The room is a single room suitable for a single bed and furniture. It has a fireplace, wooden floors and large windows allowing plenty of sunlight. It is also the only room located on the ground floor allowing for a greater level of privacy.

The Housemates:

The house is currently occupied by 2 guys and a girl between the ages of 22 – 25. All either work full time or study full time. We’re a social house and often hang out, grab a drink or watch tv together, however we definitely respect privacy and time alone. The house would be suited to someone looking for a home rather than just a room.
