I have a reasonably large unfurnished bedroom with built-in wardrobe available in my awesome 2brm apartment in Newtown (will fit a queen size bed + more in the room). I am looking for someone who is reliable (pays rent on time) clean (Im not a neat freak.. but cleanliness is a must) and social however someone who has mid-week parties or party animals arent what I am looking for. This room is only available for ONE person! I work full-time and study part-time so my ideal flatmate would be someone who appreciates the need for a peaceful home but will be a friend as well as a flatmate. I am a 26 year old social person play sport a few times a week and enjoy good company good food and a drink every now and then. The apartment is in a secure building close to King St RPA Sydney Uni and public transport. Rent will be $250p/wk plus utilities split in half when they come in. There is a pool in the complex and a secure car park available as well so we can come to some sort of arrangement should you have a car. The apartment will be fully furnished except for your room however we may be able to fit more furniture in should you have a few bits that you want to contribute to the home.
