Hi there I am seeking a reliable and friendly flatmate to move into an amazing two bedroom apartment with me. Unfortunately my current flatty moved to cheaper accommodation due to cutting back hours at work to study full-time :-(A bit about the place:Decent sized 2 bedroom 1 bathroom internal laundry apartment within a great complex with pool and gym. There is a secure carpark available for $20 extra per week. The apartment is fully furnished with trendy good quality furniture and whitegoods however I have kept the available bedroom unfurnished as I know that it is always nicer to have your own furniture! There is a great courtyard with an awesome bbq and outdoor setting for entertaining on those warm days/evenings.The available bedroom is a reasonable size with a built-in wardrobe. My current flatmate has a queen bed student desk and chair as well as a bookshelf and a side table.Rent is $260 per week paid fortnightly with 4 weeks bond. Bills will be divided in half (gas and electricity – usually about $150 each bill per quarter dependent on usage). Phone and internet are not connected as I find it gets too complicated dividing up those bills.A bit about me:I am 27 work full time in North Sydney and study at UTS.I am a very social person I love to spend my free time relaxing with friends and family and the occasional night out.. although I am not so much of a party animal anymore due to work/study commitments. I am looking for a flatty who can be a friend as well as someone to share the apartment with. I enjoy cooking but hate cooking for just myself so to have someone to move in and share cooking/dinners/drinks with occasionally during the week would be ideal!I am seeking a friendly responsible respectful and reliable person who pays rent and bills on time and is willing to pull their share of the housework/cleaning.
