Our house is double story 3 bed large Terrace with lots of charm. We have a big maintained yard with a BBQ. The house is decked out with all mod con. There are two bathrooms and the room is furnished $275pw plus bond (bills on top). We are professionals and work hard. We are honest and respectful of others. Also we keep our common areas clean and comfortable. We are not a party house..but we like to have a bit of fun .-). 7 min walk to Newtown station!!
