House mate wanted for an awesome 2 bedroom flat on king street Newtown I am currently living at the address with a friend who is moving out and i need someone to move in asap. The flat is neat and tidy the bedroom is pretty big. There is 2 bathrooms one having a shower toilet and hand basin the other having a toilet hand basin and small bathroom cabinet. The house has a kitchen and a small living area also has a roof that overlooks king street that you can sit drink and chill out on. I am a pretty easy going person Im very open minded and easy to get along with and Id like to be able to have a beer with my housemate every now and again Im looking for someone who will pull their own weight with cleaning and paying your rent on time and who picks after themself and who isnt homophobic.The rent is $225 a week plus electricity which isnt much because its not a very big place The house is a 1 minute walk to the train station and busses are literally at the doorstep not far to the city at all. And most of all its rite in the centre of Newtown.
