Im sub-letting my room from around the beginning of August to beginning of October due to travel. Dates and time period are flexible.Rent is $220/week (includes all bills). Youll be staying with 1 female and 2 males aged in their 20s. It is an easy-going friendly and clean household. It is in an excellent location right on the main street of Newtown. It is on the seventh floor with great views. It takes 10 minutes to get into the city by bus and there is a bus stop right outside the building. It is also close to 4 train stations (Newtown Erskineville Macdonaldtown and Redfern). It is right near Sydney University and UTS (walking distance from both). The apartment and room are fully furnished and are very comfortable. The room has a built-in cupboard bed linen pillows desk lamp heater fan and bookshelf. The apartment has two bathrooms (one has a bath) washing machine dryer dishwasher fridge microwave toaster sandwich press oven flat-screen TV wii wireless broadband internet and a balcony. There is a grocery store in the building.Bond is 2 weeks rent which will be paid back to you at the end of your stay. No pets no smoking inside – smoking on the balcony is fine.
