Unfurnished master room with private balcony and storage space available in 3 bedroom terrace house in Newtown from 23rd February.This room is available for $300 per week for a single person or $320 per week for a couple. There is also a monthly fee of $40 for unlimited internet – please note utility bills are not included in the weekly rent and will be shared equally.You will be sharing with a couple. 30 year old film director Blake and 23 year old accountant to-be Steph. Each of us tend to work all day and night however do enjoy sharing a drink meal or story on occasion. We technically do not have any pets however a stray cat has adopted us recently so please consider this if you have pet allergies. About the house: The terrace has a large master bedroom and two smaller rooms. one is our bedroom and the other has been converted into a study. There is a large courtyard equipped with a BBQ and dining area a large eat-in kitchen separate lounge room with a fireplace and a separate laundry room. There is only one bathroom in the house however the large shower compensates for this and we have not had any issues sharing this with the couple that currently resides with us. About the area: The house is located less than a 2 minute walk to Newtown station as well as the heart of lively King Street where you will find just about anything you need. Although it is so close to such a central part of busy Newtown we do not hear any traffic from King Street or any trains passing.We are a happy easy-going household that like to respect each others privacy and keep the place tidy for one another.
