Large unfurnished double bedroom with a private balcony wardrobe and storage space available for a couple to share with another couple in a 3 bedroom terrace house in central Newtown.The house is located in a quiet street that is a 1 minute walk to Newtown train station and surrounding shops restaurants bars bus stops and other amenities located on lively King Street. Facilities include a large outdoor courtyard with outdoor dining living room equipped with a fireplace large combined kitchen/ dining area study laundry and cable internet. Sharing with male and female couple in their mid-late 20s both busy professionals who are tidy easy going and would enjoy sharing a meal/ drink on occassion. Singles may be considered for $300 per week however this will be our second preference.
