We also have a heated pool/spa in the backyard it is great on summer days with a bbq and can fit about six people plus drinks. The house is good condition just showing its age. Unfurnished bedroom Household is having a serious go at quitting smoking with mixed results so a non smoker or someone who only smokes outside is preferred.
