I am a youngish professional male that has one room with large BIW available. I had a room mate but they have recently moved interstate. The room is in a modern apartment and is currently unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. You will also have your own bathroom. I am a clean Australian male that works full time which includes travel from time to time so sometimes the place will be your own. I cook and clean up after myself Im happy to share cooking but I wont clean up after you. Im happy to work out utility bills separately.
