We have a huge furnished 20 sq meters Master Bedroom with a Balcony available on January 13th for one lucky couple or two female friends. The rent is $300 a week non-negotiable and the bond is one month’s rent. Unlimited ADSL and all the utilities are included in the weekly rent.

The room has a queen bed and the apartment has a clotheswasher, bbq, full kitchen and a t.v/music system.

The apartment is a 3 min walk from Marrickville Train Station and 500 meters from Woolworth’s and Banana Joe’s. We have a garage for your car (we don’t drive) and can take in a cat, but no dog.

There are 3 bedrooms -your master bedroom and two smaller rooms-, my flatmate is from Colombia and i am from the U.S. As you can see in the pictures, we have one toilet and a separate shower so no problems with waiting for your turn at all.

We keep clean, organized and cook our own meals. We go to uni, work and enjoy ourselves like normal people. We are also very sociable and keep a happy, positive environment. If you are both clean , decent and not having major issues we are happy to take you in.

We require a minimum of 2 references and If you are a recent arrival we will call overseas to verify this information.
