Room has king single bed, desk, tall boy of draws and bookshelf. Large window with sunny outlook. Room is opposite second toilet at the rear of the house.
We have a great shed/art studio in the backyard that is great for creative endevours.
Home to myself and two kids aged 7 & 10. We keep a tidy house (almost all the time).
Would idealy suit a student. Someone who likes kids and has a passion for cooking, I’m happy to clean up…lol
