The rent is $250.00 for a single and $291.00 for a couple which includes all bills. The room is furnished with a double bed bedside table study desk Cupboard and a clothes hanging unit it also includes a LCD TV with premium foxtel package. The house has unlimited WiFi weekly cleaners who clean the communal areas of the house a BBQ for use anytime a washing machine and dryer and 1 single toilet and another one with a shower. There are 5 rooms with 1 couple (22 and 26yo) 1 female (37yo) and 2 males (28yo and early 30s) who are all laid back and enjoy a chat but also respect housemates privacy. We are looking to move out ASAP as I am 26 weeks pregnant and have found another property and cannot afford to give our landlord 21 days notice.
