We are looking for someone to share with us! We have just moved into a funky 3 bedroom place on Victoria Street Lewisham and are hoping for a fairly social person to join us. There is ample parking and it is very close to Lewisham train station- 6 minutes by train to Newtown and 15 mins to Central. The available room is decent in size and available now. Room is partly furnished with queen mattress wardrobe drawers and desk. The rest of the house is furnished and there is also a great living and outdoor area. You will be sharing with a guy and a girl in their mid 20s as well as a cat. We both are working full time. We are hoping for a friendly and easy going person to live with us who is reliable and relatively tidy. Rent is $195 per week bond of $780. Internet is $20 per month each and we will also receive separate electricity and gas bills. We would like you to be added onto the lease so please longer term applicants only.
