Room available in Lewisham for $240 per week plus bills with a great housemate in a secured apartment block. I am leaving due to work. Room is fully furnished with double bed, built ins and book shelf, and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Less than 5 mins walk to Dulwich hill village full of shops. Plenty of transport – 10 mins walk to Lewisham station (15 minutes to city) and bus stop to Newtown, the CBD or Canterbury right outside door step. However the street still is very quiet with a lovely park just around the corner.
