We have a double room available in a three-bedroom townhouse on Norton St in Leichhardt. This room is available from 12 December 2012 as one of our housemates is returning to New Zealand. We are looking for another guy to take the room as we need to keep it fair!About the house: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (but 3 toilets!) house with everything you need – furnished living area kitchen dining area outdoor courtyard main bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bus stop to the city leaves directly from outside the door or only a ten minute walk to the Light Rail in Lilyfield.About us: three amazing housemates! Two Australian girls and one English guy (one couple but dont hold that against us!) who are friendly and sociable. We all work through the week so tend to chill out on weeknight evenings but enjoy a beverage or two come the weekend. We are looking for a like minded guy who enjoys a laugh and likes to hang out.
