Great complex, very leafy, birds constantly chirping melodically, excellent quiet location great for someone who is studying, and is 15 mins walking distance to Lidcombe station and a 2 minutes walk to University of Sydney Cumberland Campus and TAFE and is twenty minutes by train to the city.

There is front courtyard as well as a back courtyard with tropical trees. Very friendly neighbours, nice sized rooms with built-ins and with a common bathroom. The master bedroom has a ensuite and there is also an extra toilet in the laundry. I have furnitures and the rooms are completely furnished with double beds in all of them. The photos of the room are not updated as yet.

There is a mini-gym set, ab-machine, dumb bells, yoga mat in the garage for a good workout. The Olympic Park is only a short stroll away where all concerts take place. And it is a great area to go for long distance running as I do as we are close to the Bi-Centennial Park.
