Hi There All Im a young 33 year old professional looking for somebody to share apartment with. Im after a mature person to live with clean and respectful of other. Im a pretty easy going fun person and would like somebody who is similar in personality a like minded professional/student looking for short term rental till they find the right place. 4-6 week term I am currently in a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom 2 balconies. Place is fully furnished TV fridge washing machine lounges etc. 1 room available. Room is 4.5m x 4.5m it comes part furnished if needed but fits a large wardrobe and draws and queen bed with room to spare fold out couch available if needed. 1 street away from homebush station 5 min walk to Strathfield apartment block has in ground pool and is very secure. There is also a lock up garage for storage if necessary. Rent is $220 + bills (electricity only at this stage).
