I enjoy going to the gym kayaking walking snow skiing socialising with friends and family but also like to have my quiet time at home. I generally take care of my own cooking but occasionally nice to cook for each other and am a very neat and clean person.I work as a Professional Person std hrs 8.30 – 5.00. Monday to Friday.I am looking for a flatmate who is a professional and has a reasonably busy life but someone who also likes that quiet time at home. I would prefer someone who is looking for part time accommodation or travels with work.The Waterfront is a very social community based complex and social activities are always available so also if you are looking for a bit more of a social life the Waterfront is the place to be.I am not looking for someone who likes to party every night of the week at home During the week if i am home i do like some quiet time and hopefully the compatible flatmate would like the same.Rental cost and utilities will reduce if you are not living in the apartment on weekends.(ie Staying 4 nights a week or similar)Hope to hear from you.
