The house is delightfully quiet and secluded and yet convenient to everything: 5-10 mins walk from Glebe Point Road with all its cafes and restaurants 2-5 mins walk from several bus services and about 15 mins walk from the Lilyfield-Central tram stop. We have a formal dining room modern kitchen with a wonderful Smeg oven (its a winner!) opening onto light-filled loungeroom with doors/windows on two sides looking out into courtyard garden with BBQ and outdoor setting. The bathroom is large with a full-sized bath separate toilet in laundry.The top floor studio/attic is huge and has a great atmosphere. It has polished floorboards large picture windows and an opening skylight to take in the stars! It is unfurnished so you will need your own bedroom furniture and there is ample room for a couch and/or desk as well if you want to make it a complete pad!We are both fun easy going people but do like to maintain a clean and tidy home environment! We both love good food good wine good company music theatre sport the outdoors. Peter is a professional massage therapist working in the city and Surry Hills. Cate is an ex-professional who has decided study acting for the fun of it!
