Hi There I have a beautiful master bedroom available in my 4-bedroom terrace in Glebe in February. The room has polished timber floors french doors its own balcony and a mantlepiece/fireplace. The rest of the house is dressed in vintage and art deco charm. We have a modern bathroom (2 separate toilets) and kitchen a medium sized lounge room with a big TV and a dining room. We enjoy our big front yard – theres an outdoor setting and big tree for fairy lights and balmy night dining. Backyard has modest vege patch hills hoist and outdoor storage.Our house is home to three other girls (mid-twenties) who work in film design and TV. We hold professional jobs although still dont mind mid-week wine time. Wed just prefer not to live with any wild mid-week loud pissheads please. Weekends -well happily join in. We are looking for a couple who are willing to come into our home as friends – this is not a sharehouse of people that live in their room/hide toilet paper from each other/have strange house rules. The cost of the room is $400 – ($200 per person). We are all paying killer Sydney rent for an awesome house with awesome people in an awesome location. If you are the right couple wed love to welcome you into this awesomeness. We also have fast internet for $25 each and hire a washing machine- $7 each per month.We are a 5 minute walk from Sydney Uni Broadway Shopping Centre (with major supermarkets a cinema etc) Glebe Pt Rd (full of a plethora of eateries and great bars) we are right across from the Glebe Town Hall The Nags Head Pub and a great yoga place! Blackwattle Bay is also a great place for morning runs along the bay or night time fish and chips and city lights.Please do not apply if you are just passing through backpacking looking to bunker up with other travellers in a room.
