Hi We are looking for a housemate (preferably female to balance out the current ratio) to join us in our modern and spacious house which has access to a well equiped gym and large swimming pool. The house is in Glebe so is close to local restauarants and bars as well as being close to the city and Newtown.We have a small coutyard which backs out onto the pool which is equiped with bbq and a large garage which currently houses a table-tennis table. The available room is large and has plenty of space for a double bed and other furniture.We are two English guys who are quite social so we tend to go out regularly in the evenings and the weekend but also like to have people round to the house now and then.If youre interested in the room please get in touch.Pete and Howard
