We have an awesome double bedroom in our house share in Glebe available. The room The room is a large bedroom with ensuite with high celings and large windows that open wide for heaps of afternoon sun. The room has a large set of built-in wardrobes carpeted and unfurnished. The house The house has 3 bedrooms and is open plan with lots of light and polished dark timber floor boards throughout. The living area is fully furnished with large screen plasma TV with full foxtel and Wii. We have broadband internet (which is paid for by Dazs work). All other bills are split evenly amongst the housemates. The kitchen is large and designed for entertaining with stone bench tops stainless steel appliances and BOSE dishwasher. We have a seperate internal laundry with seperate washer and dryer. We have two outdoor living areas: a sun filled court yard and balcony out the font. The housemates We are are Fran and Daz both in our mid to late 20s and both hold full-time professional roles in the city.We are fun and friendly generally quiet during the week and socialise on the weekends. The local area Glebe is awesome and our street is better. There is a park with tennis courts across the road with a church and a school on our street so plenty of free unlimited on-street parking. We almost always find a park right outside the front door. We are one block away from the mighty AB hotel and quick stroll to all the cool cafes and restaurants that make up Glebe Point Road and Broadway shopping centre. Transport is easy with near-by bus stops and Glebe Tram station. You We are looking for a like-minded person or couple who are late 20s or early 30s.
