Would be happy with a student as long as they had a source of income and can afford to split the bills 4 ways. We all work Monday to Friday and would like someone who will have a few drinks with us over the weekend but is still happy to do their own thing!The unit features granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances dishwasher large balcony laundry with dryer intercom plus in-ground pool and gymnasium facilities. Kitchen is fully-equipped with all cooking/eating implements. Only minutes walk away from Five Dock shops with buses around the corner going to the City/Burwood.The room has built-ins with full length mirrors and access to the balcony. Sharing the bathroom with one other.Rent is $210 per week plus bills (electricity gas internet split four ways). 2 weeks bond is payable upon moving in. Secure car space is also available for $25 per week extra.
