Hey I’m Leah,

My two housemates are both going to be moving out within the next month and I now need to fill 2 bedrooms in our lovely home. UPDATE: One room has now been filled, one room still available.

It is a nice 3 bedroom house just a short walk to the Bay Run and Five Dock local town centre. There are frequent buses in the area and also plenty of street parking available.
The house will be only partly furnished once my housemates move out, so any furniture you have is welcomed.
We have a decent sized backyard with growing herb garden Unfortunately, the landlord has said NO to any pets.

-The extra-large bedroom will be available on the 14th of July for $210 per week. It is the biggest room in the house and it’s windows front onto a private well-lit sunroom. The sunroom is the perfect size for a study (or sewing, painting, even storage room) and has it’s own outside entrance with lockable door.

Wi-fi, gas, water and electricity not included in rent price.

I’m an easy-going 25 year old who likes traveling, keeping fit (AFL and running) and socialising with friends. I like to be active and outdoors, and going to the beach or the footy. I’ve just finished studying and now working as a Sports Massage Therapist. I don’t really want a party house but friends are always welcome!
I am looking for non-smoking housemates who are employed, clean and considerate, and will contribute to help make the house our home. I don’t consider myself a neat freak, but cleaning up after yourself and keeping common areas tidy are important. I don’t like cleaning rosters, but pitching in to the household cleaning is a must.

I’d like someone who is independent, but also happy to occasionally share a wine and conversation with their housemates. I’m not fussed about your work hours, as mine are quite random, but respecting others’ sleep will go a long way!
