Hi there We are sadly loosing one of our awesome flat mates and are needing to replace him.I have one large room with a little balcony in a 3 bedroom 2 story townhouse. The house is in an amazing location walking distance to 3 train stations Newtown Mc Donaldtown and Erskineville station. Mintues away from King st. Our house also has a courtyard great for entertaining friends. Not mention you would be living with fun/ laid back/ Soical and pretty cool housemates.The room is quite large and is very light and breezey and has a little balcony that faces the street.We are looking for someone with similar interest.
